Our Mission
The mission of the Women's Fund of Vanderburgh County (a fund of the Community Foundation of Southwest Indiana) is to improve the quality of life in Vanderburgh County by collectively funding significant grants that support local programs giving opportunities, encouragement, knowledge, and hope.
100% local granting
Every dollar of membership dues and donations goes into the grant pool for local programs.
A thriving force for change
We began with a vision to bring together 10 women philanthropists in Vanderburgh County.

Our History
That first year in 2007, 185 women joined and far exceeding our goal of 100 members. Today, our growing membership continues to direct grants toward programs that create real opportunity and hope throughout our community.
